Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years experience in a comparable role
- Basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability to pass a drug screen as legally permissible
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product weighing up to 70 pounds by hand

Job Duties
- Manage the complete operation of a multi-shift fulfillment center to achieve outstanding customer service
- Motivate and inspire frontline management and hourly associates to attain performance goals
- Develop and execute productivity and accuracy targets that ensure high quality control
- Ensure safe work practices and promote a strong safety culture
- Interpret and report expenses accurately and recommend justified capital expenditures
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice-President to align operations with organizational guidelines
- Develop supervisors and managers to coach and motivate associates for optimal productivity and morale
