Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a comparable role
  • Basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to pass a drug screen as legally permissible
  • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product weighing up to 70 pounds by hand

Job Duties

  • Manage the complete operation of a multi-shift fulfillment center to achieve outstanding customer service
  • Motivate and inspire frontline management and hourly associates to attain performance goals
  • Develop and execute productivity and accuracy targets that ensure high quality control
  • Ensure safe work practices and promote a strong safety culture
  • Interpret and report expenses accurately and recommend justified capital expenditures
  • Collaborate with the Regional Vice-President to align operations with organizational guidelines
  • Develop supervisors and managers to coach and motivate associates for optimal productivity and morale
