Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 6 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
  • 4 years experience in guest services or related area
  • proven leadership skills
  • ability to manage multiple teams
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • willingness to work full time
  • experience in hotel management

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in guest services or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 4 years of experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
  • ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • knowledge of front office operations and security protocols

Job Duties

  • Lead, influence, and encourage front office and security teams
  • supervise and manage all day-to-day operations in front office and guest services
  • manage staffing levels and operational budgets to meet financial targets
  • handle guest complaints and ensure resolution
  • oversee security personnel and ensure a safe environment
  • conduct department meetings and communicate goals effectively
  • ensure compliance with front office policies and standards
