Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in business/relationship development
  • Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quota
  • Willingness to travel approximately 80% of time
  • Ability to travel for lead generation and customer relationship management in the U.S.

  • Negotiate terms and execution of contracts
  • Manage relationships
  • Forecasting and reporting
  • Assisting other members of development team on special projects
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions and hospitality trends within the U.S. and Canada
