Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in forecasting, financial analysis, or strategic planning
- Experience within the entertainment or hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in forecasting software and data analytics tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams

Job Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in forecasting, financial analysis, or strategic planning, preferably in entertainment or hospitality

- Proficiency in forecasting software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Develop and implement forecasting models to predict visitor attendance, ticket sales, and revenue
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and external factors to improve forecasting accuracy
- Forecast park expenses including operational costs, marketing budgets, and capital expenditures
- Monitor financial performance against forecasts and identify variances for budget adjustments
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales teams to align forecasts with business strategies
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize staffing, inventory, and resource allocation
- Prepare and present regular forecast updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of forecast analysts with guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the forecasting department
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement process improvements using new forecasting tools and technologies
