- Five to seven years of direct management experience
- Minimum of two years’ food services experience in healthcare or higher education setting
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage high volume operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a union environment

Job Duties
- Oversee strategic direction and operation of Food & Nutrition Services and Gift Shop
- Manage food production, service, sanitation, catering, purchasing, and receiving
- Ensure provision of therapeutically correct diets following physician orders
- Plan, organize, direct, train, and staff departments
- Provide quality meal service and university-quality customer service
- Adhere to hospital policies and patient safety standards including HACCP
- Lead education and training programs focused on patient and employee safety
