Job Requirements
- Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as director of food and beverage in a similar hotel environment
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
- Ability to train and manage staff effectively

Job Duties
- Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Plan and direct functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff
- Maximize profits through outstanding customer service
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings
