Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States full-time
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant food and beverage industry experience
  • Demonstrated creative acumen in concept-driven menu creation
  • Strong technical skills in culinary and beverage innovation
  • Proven leadership and cross-team collaboration ability
  • Willingness to travel extensively (30% or more)
  • Ability to work in an environment with sensory effects and occasional extended standing
  • Able to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Compliance with OSHA safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in multi-unit food and beverage management, culinary development, or product innovation preferably in themed entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant sectors
  • Proven ability to translate abstract creative concepts and narratives into marketable and executable food and beverage products with portfolio examples
  • Strong culinary and mixology background with expertise in recipe development, costing, and standardization
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing creative processes and cross-functional teams including Creative, Operations, and Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead the end-to-end development of proprietary food and beverage menus for new and existing locations
  • Collaborate with Creative, Story, and Operations teams to embed unique narratives into the food and beverage program
  • Source and select ingredients, preparation methods, and serving vessels that enhance thematic integrity
  • Create signature food and drink items that are marketable and iconic
  • Establish and manage a continuous innovation pipeline addressing consumer trends and sustainability
  • Ensure menus are scalable, profitable, and maintain consistent quality across locations
  • Partner with Operations and Purchasing teams to ensure operational feasibility and regulatory compliance
  • Manage vendor relationships to secure unique, high-quality ingredients
  • Monitor financial performance focusing on cost control, labor efficiency, and revenue optimization
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for innovation and roll-out costs
