Job Requirements

  • Hospitality education or equivalent on-the-job training
  • at least 5 years of restaurant and bar management experience
  • experience in fine dining and banquet event management
  • comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • passion for food

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality education and/or equivalent relevant training
  • minimum of 5 years' management experience in restaurant and bar operations including fine dining and banquet events
  • in-depth knowledge of bar and dining operational standards and procedures
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • passion for delivering elevated dining experiences

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • manage restaurant and bar operations including fine dining and banquet services
  • collaborate effectively with other departments to support operational success
  • mentor and upskill team members to improve performance
  • engage directly with guests to enhance their dining experience
  • oversee the implementation of high-quality food and beverage standards
  • identify and implement creative initiatives to surprise and delight guests
