Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High-volume bar/restaurant sales and catering experience greatly preferred
  • Food safety and applicable sanitation training
  • Alcohol awareness training
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in high-volume bar, restaurant sales, and catering preferred
  • Food Safety and Sanitation Training
  • Alcohol Awareness Training
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency with POS systems

Job Duties

  • Work directly with executive chef, director of sales, and GM to execute day-to-day food and beverage operations
  • Cultivate an incredible work environment maintaining culture and employee satisfaction
  • Consistently engage guests and staff to ensure high guest satisfaction
  • Delegate responsibility across food and beverage sub-departments including service, restaurant, banquets, beverage carts, and golf course food and beverage applications
  • Manage multiple food and beverage activations simultaneously
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets, revenue goals, and expenses
  • Review and analyze financial reports to monitor department performance and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor market conditions to influence menu offerings, business volume, and profitability
  • Advise marketing on food and beverage promotions
  • Execute inventory control, calculate monthly analysis and reconciliation
  • Participate in menu creation incorporating pricing strategies
  • Oversee ordering, receiving, and invoice accuracy for all food and beverage areas
  • Evaluate vendor relationships and pricing
  • Approve catering policies and manage event execution
  • Implement policies and procedures ensuring quality and compliance
  • Interview, hire, train, assign, evaluate, reward, and discipline associates
  • Manage food and beverage managers and staff including restaurant and golf course personnel
