Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years progressive food & beverage work experience
- At least 6 years managing high volume food & beverage operations with $20M+ revenue
- Experience opening restaurants or hotels preferred
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work a 24-hour operation
- Commitment to high guest satisfaction standards
- Knowledge of health safety and hygiene regulations
Job Qualifications
- Passionate about food & beverage
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Food & Beverage work experience in a high-volume upscale environment
- Minimum of 6 years managing a high volume Food & Beverage operation with at least $20M in revenue
- Prior experience opening a restaurant or hotel preferred
- Post-secondary diploma or degree a plus
- Expert in food & beverage operations with proven leadership and financial performance track record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and willing to meet demands of a 24-hour operation
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations including restaurant bar and conference & events
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure highest standards of food service and guest experience
- Lead team member recruitment training and development to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction
- Manage and mentor a team fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor interacting with guests to ensure exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
- Develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and implement cost control strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers ensuring quality and consistency of ingredients
