Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality-related field or sports administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage operations
- ServSafe certified or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work hours including evenings, weekends and select holidays during baseball season and off-season for special events
- Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking including stairs

Job Duties
- Manage all day-to-day food and beverage operations in coordination of budgeted figures and to proper financial standards and reporting
- Lead all daily food and beverage preparation and shut down processes
- Assist in the design of menus in coordination of pricing and food cost standards
- Establish policies internally to provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for all aspects of the stadium concessions and vending operation including product ordering, inventory management, equipment maintenance, ensuring proper execution of orders and operation of POS system
- Establish and enforce all food and beverage policies to a standard higher than required by health and safety regulations
- Supervise, train, and schedule all food and beverage staff
