Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in food and beverage
- Minimum 4 years managing high-volume food and beverage operations
- Experience with $20M+ food and beverage revenue
- Ability to work flexible hours for 24-hour operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience opening a restaurant or hotel preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in food and beverage
- At least 4 years managing high-volume operations
- Experience in upscale food and beverage environments
- Proven leadership and team engagement skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with opening restaurants or hotels preferred
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee high-volume food and beverage operations with $20M+ annual revenue
- Cultivate a learning environment and elevate team performance standards
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests
- Anticipate operational challenges and implement solutions promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Participate actively in opening new restaurants or hotel food and beverage outlets
