Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years progressive experience in food and beverage
  • Minimum 4 years managing high-volume food and beverage operations
  • Experience with $20M+ food and beverage revenue
  • Ability to work flexible hours for 24-hour operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience opening a restaurant or hotel preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years progressive experience in food and beverage
  • At least 4 years managing high-volume operations
  • Experience in upscale food and beverage environments
  • Proven leadership and team engagement skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience with opening restaurants or hotels preferred
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee high-volume food and beverage operations with $20M+ annual revenue
  • Cultivate a learning environment and elevate team performance standards
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests
  • Anticipate operational challenges and implement solutions promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Participate actively in opening new restaurants or hotel food and beverage outlets
