Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- minimum 5 years in financial leadership or equivalent hotel finance experience
- extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, and account reconciliation
- advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
- proficiency with POS/PMS systems
- proven leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- minimum five years of financial leadership experience or comparable hotel finance experience
- strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reporting
- advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- experience with POS and PMS systems
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Produce and analyze monthly financial reports and P&L charts
- lead budget planning and forecasting processes
- oversee payroll, audits, and cash management
- manage capital expenses and ensure accounting compliance
- mentor and develop the finance team
- communicate financial information clearly to department heads and executives
- implement financial controls and safeguard assets
