Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • minimum of 5 years experience in financial management, preferably in hospitality
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with financial software and tools
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

  • proven expertise in preparing and analyzing financial reports
  • strong understanding of profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire the Finance team
  • ensure all financial standards are met and records are meticulously maintained
  • analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights on business performance
  • prepare and review profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports
  • oversee budget and forecasting processes
  • optimize working capital and manage cash flow statements and projections
  • act as a strategic advisor to the General Manager, ownership representatives, and corporate team
