Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations business markets management finance supply chain or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Provides leadership to franchisee community recommending approaches to improve financial health of the organization
- uses data and analytics to guide decision-making problem-solving and time allocation to drive franchisee performance
- leads and motivates team of Field Operations Managers to drive customer centric culture that improves operations and achieves annual targets
- conducts restaurant visits frequency according to performance and conducts twice annual Wendy’s Done Right Visits
- influences and drives solutions with franchisees to align and maintain core systems with operational standards
- provides leadership considerations on development sites and completes FZ assessments
- works directly with franchisees to grow enterprise profitability by leveraging Margin Sprint initiatives
- maximizes P&L control and implements Wendy’s recommended systems and tools
- follows up consistently with franchisees to ensure implementation of recommendations
- conducts quarterly business reviews and growth readiness assessments
- manages and develops direct reports
- partners effectively with restaurant support functions
- works cross-functionally to develop and grow assigned franchisees
- supports VP- Field Operations in developing high performing teams
- leads strategic franchise and DMA planning to drive market growth and performance
- fosters a culture focused on high performance exceptional service and accountability
- serves as strategic partner to DMA leadership team and ensures succession plans are in place
