Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management including P&L management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations, business management, finance, supply chain or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations management with P&L responsibility for multi-unit operations

- Proven organizational skills with prioritization capability
- Experience utilizing corporate resources and strategic partnerships

Job Duties
- Provide leadership to franchisee community by recommending improvement strategies
- Use data and analytics to guide decision-making and drive performance against the Model of Excellence
- Lead and motivate Field Operations Managers to cultivate customer-centric culture
- Conduct restaurant visits and biannual Wendy’s Done Right Visits
- Influence franchisees to align with operational standards and achieve sales, safety and growth targets
- Advise on development sites and complete franchise zone assessments
- Work with franchisees to enhance profitability via margin control and system implementation
- Utilize Model of Excellence Scorecard for benchmarking financial goals
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and growth readiness assessments
- Develop EBITDA optimizing strategies with support functions
- Manage and develop direct reports including Field Operations Managers
- Collaborate across functions to support franchisee growth and development
- Support VP in leadership and team development
- Lead strategic franchise and DMA planning to drive growth
- Foster culture of high performance, service, and accountability
- Partner with DMA leadership and ensure succession planning
- Provide local marketing guidance
