Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in federal program or capture management
  • Proven leadership ability managing direct and cross-functional teams
  • At least 7 years of account management experience relevant to the aerospace or defense industry
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of aviation training requirements and procurement processes
  • Strong technical knowledge of simulation technologies
  • Experience with long sales cycles and managing multi-stakeholder relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
  • Advanced degree in business with coursework in strategy preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in federal program or capture management
  • Proven leadership of direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • 7 years of account management experience in simulation, visual systems, defense, or aerospace sectors
  • Deep knowledge of military aviation training and procurement
  • Strong technical aptitude for simulation technologies
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder relationships

Job Duties

  • Conduct strategic market analysis including competitive landscape assessment
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for FAA ATC training programs
  • Lead capture planning process and proposal strategy development
  • Serve as primary interface with senior FAA leadership and maintain key relationships
  • Oversee technical solution development and innovation initiatives
  • Manage proposal quality assurance and scheduling for timely submissions
  • Oversee subcontractor and consultant integration and coordination
