Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of audio-visual experience
  • At least 2 years of operations or supervisory experience
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience beneficial
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live environments
  • Proficiency with computer hardware and software
  • Ability to lead teams effectively
  • Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of audio-visual experience
  • At least 2 years of operations or supervisory experience
  • 3 or more years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of live show audio-visual equipment
  • Proficiency in computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver’s license for team members operating company vehicles

Job Duties

  • Manage efficient and profitable operations by focusing on revenue maximization and cost control
  • Oversee daily floor operations including scheduling, equipment setups, and strikes
  • Ensure equipment and services meet client and venue specifications and brand standards
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Director to develop sales strategies and prepare presentations
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, venue personnel, and internal teams
  • Oversee technical troubleshooting and resolve equipment and software issues
  • Promote high performance and continuous improvement through employee coaching and development
