Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of audio-visual experience
  • At least 2 years of operations or supervisory experience
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience in sales is advantageous
  • Proficiency with live show audio-visual equipment
  • Competency in computer hardware and software
  • Effective leadership and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of audio-visual experience
  • At least 2 years in operations or supervisory roles
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of live show audio-visual equipment
  • Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and customer satisfaction focus
  • Valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation

Job Duties

  • Manage revenue and profitability goals for assigned locations
  • Drive efficient and profitable operations through cost control and labor management
  • Oversee daily floor operations including scheduling, equipment setup, and event execution
  • Maintain equipment standards and inventory control to ensure quality and safety
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that maximize revenue per event
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and sales presentations to clients
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, venue personnel, and internal departments
  • Provide technical expertise and supervision to resolve equipment and software issues
  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Monitor and address operational and financial reports including P&L and sales forecasts
