Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of audio-visual experience
- 2+ years of operations or supervisory experience
- 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in a live show environment
- Proficiency with computer hardware
- Proficiency with computer software including Internet and Microsoft Office
- Effective leadership abilities
- Customer satisfaction focus
- Valid driver's license for roles requiring vehicle operation

Job Duties
- Manage an efficient and profitable operation focused on revenue maximization and cost control
- Manage labor, equipment sub-rentals, and other expenses to achieve financial goals
- Utilize operational and financial reports for accurate and timely reporting
- Coordinate invoicing activities and ensure client approval of billing
- Complete and submit accurate sales forecasts on time
- Participate in business review presentations with regional management
- Review and manage location profit and loss statements and develop action plans
- Confirm venue partners process payments promptly
- Perform daily floor operations including scheduling and equipment setups
- Ensure timely delivery and proper functioning of equipment and services
- Anticipate and manage equipment challenges professionally
- Use inventory control to maintain equipment levels and safety
- Share labor and equipment within the local market efficiently
- Attend operational venue meetings and collaborate with venue staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies with Regional Sales Director
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers
- Attend site visits and pre-conference meetings
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to capture events
- Understand event cost structures and design profitable solutions
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM
- Stay informed on new products and technologies
- Present performance and forecasting reports to senior management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel
- Oversee personnel assisting with event execution
- Ensure customer needs and setup accuracy on site
- Monitor events and interact with customers throughout
- Enforce team adherence to company and venue standards
- Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot equipment and software issues
- Act as on-site technical expert when needed
- Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage staffing, employee performance, and team development
- Conduct selection, performance management, and training activities
- Provide coaching and recommend training opportunities for team members
