Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of audio-visual experience
  • 2+ years of operations or supervisory experience
  • 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live show environments
  • Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office
  • Effective leadership and customer satisfaction focus
  • Valid driver’s license for those operating company vehicles.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of audio-visual experience
  • At least two years of operations or supervisory experience
  • Three years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live show environments
  • Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office and Internet
  • Strong leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus
  • Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles.

Job Duties

  • Drive results by managing an efficient and profitable operation with a focused approach on revenue maximization and profitability using cost control measures in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures
  • Achieve financial goals by effectively managing labor, equipment sub-rentals, and other costs
  • Utilize operational and financial reports accurately and on time, including sales forecasts and P&L reviews
  • Coordinate invoicing activities ensuring timely payment processing
  • Perform daily floor operations including scheduling, equipment setups, operation, and strikes
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality condition of equipment and services meeting client and venue specifications
  • Anticipate and resolve equipment challenges professionally
  • Maintain inventory control procedures to optimize equipment levels and safety
  • Share labor and equipment efficiently within the local market
  • Attend operational venue meetings regularly
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies and prepare client proposals and presentations
  • Manage customer relationships by attending site visits, planning meetings, and addressing client needs
  • Oversee technical troubleshooting and act as on-site technical expert when required
  • Promote a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, continuous improvement, and team development
  • Manage staffing, performance management, and employee training
  • Enforce company and venue appearance standards
  • Monitor event execution and ensure world-class service delivery
  • Maintain updated and accurate customer information in CRM systems.
