Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of audio-visual experience
- 2+ years of operations or supervisory experience
- 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live show environments
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office
- Effective leadership and customer satisfaction focus
- Valid driver’s license for those operating company vehicles.
Job Qualifications

- Minimum three years of audio-visual experience
- At least two years of operations or supervisory experience
- Three years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live show environments
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office and Internet
- Strong leadership abilities and customer satisfaction focus
- Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles.
Job Duties
- Drive results by managing an efficient and profitable operation with a focused approach on revenue maximization and profitability using cost control measures in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures
- Achieve financial goals by effectively managing labor, equipment sub-rentals, and other costs
- Utilize operational and financial reports accurately and on time, including sales forecasts and P&L reviews
- Coordinate invoicing activities ensuring timely payment processing
- Perform daily floor operations including scheduling, equipment setups, operation, and strikes
- Ensure timely delivery and quality condition of equipment and services meeting client and venue specifications
- Anticipate and resolve equipment challenges professionally
- Maintain inventory control procedures to optimize equipment levels and safety
- Share labor and equipment efficiently within the local market
- Attend operational venue meetings regularly
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies and prepare client proposals and presentations
- Manage customer relationships by attending site visits, planning meetings, and addressing client needs
- Oversee technical troubleshooting and act as on-site technical expert when required
- Promote a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, continuous improvement, and team development
- Manage staffing, performance management, and employee training
- Enforce company and venue appearance standards
- Monitor event execution and ensure world-class service delivery
- Maintain updated and accurate customer information in CRM systems.
