Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of audio-visual experience
  • At least two years of operations or supervisory experience
  • Preferred three years of customer service or hospitality experience
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live environments
  • Proficiency using computer hardware and software
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Three or more years of audio-visual experience
  • Two or more years of operations or supervisory experience
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live show settings
  • Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Effective leadership abilities and strong customer satisfaction focus
  • Valid driver’s license for operation of company vehicles

Job Duties

  • Manage an efficient and profitable operation focusing on revenue maximization and cost control
  • Achieve financial goals through effective labor and equipment cost management
  • Utilize operational and financial reports accurately and on time
  • Coordinate invoicing activities and ensure client billing approval
  • Complete accurate and timely sales forecasts and participate in business reviews
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, equipment setup and strike
  • Maintain equipment delivery standards and anticipate operational challenges
  • Manage inventory control and ensure safety and quality
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and prepare compelling proposals
  • Conduct site visits and support event customer experience
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information in CRM
  • Deliver World-Class service and manage event execution personnel
  • Ensure event setups meet client and venue standards
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Promote team development and manage performance and staffing
  • Train employees on service, equipment, and company systems
  • Enforce professional image and adherence to company guidelines
