Job Requirements
- willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX
- minimum of 7 years experience in EHS roles within manufacturing
- proven leadership managing multi-site EHS programs
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in project management
- knowledge of US federal and state EHS regulations
- ability to travel up to 25%
- experience working with consultants and managing financial resources
- working knowledge of sustainability reporting and verification

Job Duties
- develop and execute corporate-wide EHS programs
- manage and oversee Safety Managers at 14 manufacturing plants
- ensure compliance with US federal and state EHS regulations
- maintain working knowledge of Mexican and Canadian environmental regulations
- lead sustainability reporting and verification efforts
- manage consultants and financial reserves for soil and groundwater remediation
- travel up to 25% to plant locations
