Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum 5 years of relevant experience including management
- experience in hotel or related field
- trade license preferred
- strong leadership skills

- knowledge of maintenance and engineering principles
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field including prior management experience
- experience in a hotel or related field is required with a trade license preferred
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
- proficiency in project management and maintenance scheduling
Job Duties
- Direct and supervise maintenance staff overseeing maintenance of buildings and grounds
- apply extensive experience in engineering and maintenance to ensure efficient operations
- evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately handling problems in high-pressure situations
- convey information and ideas clearly and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests
- work with and understand financial information and data including basic arithmetic functions to support maintenance operations
- develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations
