Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of overall work experience
- 5+ years leading innovation or emerging technology programs
- Hands-on experience working in a supply chain operation, AI, automation, IoT, or robotics
- Ability to blend technical expertise with understanding of business needs and strategic thinking
- Experience with external partnerships and technology scouting
- Knowledge of technology, governance and compliance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in CPG or distribution industry strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions that align with strategic goals and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance
- Analyze data from multiple sources to support informed business decisions and identify industry trends
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop integration plans that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational outcomes
- Build strong relationships and collaborate across teams to drive key initiatives, influence without authority, and ensure seamless technology integration
- Scout, evaluate, and pilot innovative technologies to foster operational excellence and lead rapid proof of concept and pilot projects
- Manage partnerships with external technology providers and research institutions to expand capabilities and stay ahead of industry shifts
- Champion change management, promote technology adoption, and establish governance for responsible deployment
- Represent the company at industry forums and contribute thought leadership
- Perform other related duties as needed
