Job Requirements
- master's degree in early childhood education or related field
- experience managing or directing a large childcare facility
- experience managing budgets for childcare facilities
- proficiency with childcare management software
- prior full-time paid childcare lab school experience in higher education
- ability to lift and carry 40 pounds
- willingness to engage actively with children
- ability to comply with licensing, health, and safety regulations
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- full-time paid experience in a childcare lab school at an institution of higher education
- knowledge of NAEYC accreditation requirements

Job Duties
- direct childcare staff and programs to ensure effective operation
- oversee compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements
- develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
- manage budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting for the lab school
- maintain facility safety, health standards, and emergency preparedness
- coordinate outreach and collaboration with community partners and academic departments
- serve as advocate and liaison between college policies and childcare licensing authorities
