Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in foodservice operations
- Proven experience in high volume production and catering
- Budget management experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to quality and customer service
Job Qualifications
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
Job Duties
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all profit and loss and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
- Manage and lead a team of associates
- Ensure superior food quality and guest satisfaction
- Manage client relations effectively
