Job Requirements

  • Education background relevant to hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in contract food service or campus dining
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgeting and P&L responsibilities
  • Experience with high volume food production and catering
  • Willingness to relocate to Springfield, Missouri
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in campus/university food service
  • Bachelor of Science in hospitality degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant contract food service experience
  • Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong financial and budget management knowledge preferred
  • High volume production and catering experience
  • Previous experience managing budgets
  • Desire to learn and grow within a food service company

Job Duties

  • Maintain excellent relationships with the client, customers, and students/faculty
  • Ensure high-quality food offerings for guests
  • Drive profitability of the account with $2 million minimum volume
  • Collaborate with chef and management team in menu creation and food quality
  • Oversee P&L and budgeting for the account
  • Implement new culinary programs
  • Train and develop management team and associates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
