Job Duties
- Lead direct and indirect reports to ensure performance of duties and quality customer service
- Visit and walk through all dining locations regularly to interact with customers and contractors
- Manage customer inquiries and resolution of complaints to improve satisfaction
- Monitor contracts and ensure compliance with terms
- Oversee dining and auxiliary service construction projects and equipment maintenance
- Develop new revenue opportunities through innovative services and technology
- Manage dining and auxiliary services marketing and communications
- Oversee staff development and performance plans
