Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead direct and indirect reports to ensure performance of duties and quality customer service
  • Visit and walk through all dining locations regularly to interact with customers and contractors
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolution of complaints to improve satisfaction
  • Monitor contracts and ensure compliance with terms
  • Oversee dining and auxiliary service construction projects and equipment maintenance
  • Develop new revenue opportunities through innovative services and technology
  • Manage dining and auxiliary services marketing and communications
  • Oversee staff development and performance plans
