- university education or equivalent work experience
- minimum 3 years experience in hotel industry marketing with at least 1 year at corporate level
- strong leadership skills
- self-motivated and team builder
- able to sign confidentiality and non-compete agreements
- willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- supervise and manage direct sales efforts to maximize revenue, coverage, and marketing opportunities
- collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to develop strategies that maximize REVPAR and increase market share
- participate actively in DHM Strategic Planning Committee
- lead the development of annual marketing plans with general managers and corporate team leaders
- support the development and successful implementation of annual business plans for each hotel
- ensure implementation of approved marketing plans for each hotel
- evaluate all brand marketing programs and recommend participation to DHM hotels
- develop and maintain web marketing strategies and regularly publish results
- manage third-party booking channels and source strategies, track and publish data
- monitor revenue and operational results, comparing to budgets and industry averages
- motivate, train, and support hotel general managers and sales teams, establish goals and accountability
- support advertising needs for managed hotels
- uphold DHM marketing policies and procedures
- promote collaboration and a positive work environment within the team
