Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- five or more years culinary experience in the hospitality industry
- strong organization and time management skills
- ability to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and or employees
- food handlers permit as required by state law and or company standards
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- valid driver's license
- compliance with company motor vehicle policy standards
- willingness to perform driving responsibilities using company or personal vehicle

Job Duties
- Manage and supervise culinary services staff including scheduling, assignment, direction, performance reviews, hiring and corrective action
- meet regularly with residents and family members to ensure high satisfaction levels
- collaborate with restaurant manager or coordinator to provide high levels of customer service and create a restaurant-style dining atmosphere
- ensure front of house and back of house staff work closely together to exceed residents and guests expectations
- assist kitchen and restaurant staff with back and front of house operations as needed
- work with executive director and front line staff to maintain customer satisfaction and quality enhancement levels
- delegate tasks to maintain highest levels of cleanliness and quality in kitchen and restaurant areas
