Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum five years culinary experience in hospitality
  • food handlers permit as required by law or company standards
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with company vehicle policies
  • ability to resolve customer and employee issues
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Five or more years culinary experience in the hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • strong organization and time management skills
  • able to resolve problems with dissatisfied customers or employees
  • food handlers permit as required by state law or company standards
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • must possess a valid driver's license
  • must comply with company motor vehicle policy standards

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise all culinary services staff including scheduling, assignment, and performance review
  • meet regularly with residents and family members to ensure high satisfaction
  • collaborate with restaurant managers to provide excellent customer service and restaurant-style atmosphere
  • ensure front and back of house staff work together to exceed food quality expectations
  • assist kitchen and restaurant staff across all stations as needed
  • maintain cleanliness and quality standards in kitchen and dining areas
  • ensure food preparation and storage comply with company standards and health codes
