Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- 10+ years or master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
- experience working with Northrop Grumman programs or DoD acquisitions
- senior leadership and management experience
- top secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- ability to travel up to 75% of the time

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience with 10+ years or master's degree with 8+ years of experience
- strong understanding of strategy and business development methods

- strong judgment, decision-making skills, and political acumen
- excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- project management and planning expertise
- experience with top secret security clearance and SCI eligibility
Job Duties
- Oversee customer engagement activities ensuring compliance with government and company policies
- communicate rigorously with regular deliverables and progress reporting
- coordinate and integrate sector customer engagements with cross functional teams
- lead customer engagement representation in executive leadership team meetings
- manage multi-site team to complete engagement tasks consistently
- orchestrate high level customer interactions with government and industry officials
- develop plans and budgets for customer events
