Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Seven or more years of experience in a professional dining or hospitality setting
- Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant operations
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Manage front-of-house specialty dining operations
- Oversee facility guest experience and ensure exceptional service
- Coordinate and supervise front-of-house staff
- Partner with Executive Chef on menu planning and procurement
- Manage reservations and dining room efficiency
- Lead transition and ongoing operations for new facilities
- Collaborate with Workforce Planning & Real Estate on space and event management
- Handle customer feedback and resolve guest issues promptly
- Train and mentor staff to uphold fine dining standards
- Develop and execute strategies for associate and client engagement
