Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Seven or more years of experience in a professional dining or hospitality setting
  • Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant operations
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • No immigration sponsorship provided

  • Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
  • Proven leadership skills with staff training and supervision

Job Duties

  • Manage front-of-house specialty dining operations
  • Oversee facility guest experience and ensure exceptional service
  • Coordinate and supervise front-of-house staff
  • Partner with Executive Chef on menu planning and procurement
  • Manage reservations and dining room efficiency
  • Lead transition and ongoing operations for new facilities
  • Collaborate with Workforce Planning & Real Estate on space and event management
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve guest issues promptly
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold fine dining standards
  • Develop and execute strategies for associate and client engagement
