Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in event planning, catering, venue management, and sales
  • At least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful event execution and client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Oversee and mentor sales managers and event coordinators
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Build and maintain client and vendor relationships
  • Lead event planning, design, and execution
  • Manage catering operations and menu development
  • Oversee venue operations, bookings, and logistical arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and analysis
  • Address and resolve event issues promptly
