Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in event planning, catering, venue management, and sales
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful event execution and client satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Oversee and mentor sales managers and event coordinators
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Build and maintain client and vendor relationships
- Lead event planning, design, and execution
- Manage catering operations and menu development
- Oversee venue operations, bookings, and logistical arrangements
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Manage budgets, reporting, and analysis
- Address and resolve event issues promptly
