Job Duties
- Lead the development and management of complex budgets and financial forecasts for the college
- Create detailed financial reports that assess alignment with strategic goals
- Develop specialized financial sections for accreditation and compliance reports
- Evaluate and interpret financial reports related to donor fund management
- Collaborate with the Dean on strategic financial planning and resource allocation
- Oversee faculty contracts, recruitment processes, and personnel planning
- Manage payroll, grants, travel expenditures, and financial documentation
- Coordinate business operations to improve workflow and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate policies and strategic goals to staff and maintain morale
- Serve as a key advisor on financial and operational matters within the college
