Job Duties
- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and support to auxiliary operations
- Promote an inclusive and engaging student union environment
- Oversee personnel supervision including training and performance evaluation
- Drive continuous improvement of operations and streamline work processes
- Implement and manage administrative policies and procedures
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase patronage and revenue
- Manage operating budgets, funding, and rate proposals for auxiliary services
