Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to lead and supervise a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Familiarity with auxiliary service operations
  • Compliance with university and legal regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience
  • Master's degree or higher preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of university policies and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic leadership, direction, and support to auxiliary operations
  • Promote an inclusive and engaging student union environment
  • Oversee personnel supervision including training and performance evaluation
  • Drive continuous improvement of operations and streamline work processes
  • Implement and manage administrative policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase patronage and revenue
  • Manage operating budgets, funding, and rate proposals for auxiliary services
