Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, business administration, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in aircraft fueling or aviation operations
- At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Knowledge of FAA, OSHA, EPA regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fuel management software
- Ability to travel and respond to on-call emergencies
Job Qualifications

- Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in aircraft fueling or aviation operations

- Proven experience managing large-scale fueling operations
- Strong knowledge of aviation fueling equipment, fuel quality standards, and regulatory requirements including FAA, OSHA, EPA
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures
- Financial management and budget control skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fuel management software
Job Duties
- Lead and direct the entire fueling department and support staff
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fueling processes and reduce delays
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities and fuel suppliers
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of the fueling team
- Monitor and evaluate fuel quality, efficiency, and cost control
- Analyze operational data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions
- Ensure maintenance and servicing of fueling equipment
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to maintain zero-incident safety record
- Lead training programs focused on safety and regulatory compliance
- Develop and manage fueling operations budget
- Analyze fuel consumption and costs for efficiency improvements
- Negotiate contracts with fuel suppliers
- Lead strategic planning to enhance fueling capabilities
- Assess and implement industry best practices
- Travel to fueling locations and respond to on-call emergencies
- Work in varying weather and airport environments
