Job Duties
- Lead the business to healthy sales growth, profitability, and excellence by ensuring the team is organized and the culture is aligned around our vision and values
- Deliver operational excellence and coordinate with other leaders to drive results across all areas of the restaurant
- Building high-performing teams and identifying and coaching leaders for both front and back of house operations
- Managing a team of 80+ and creating a fun environment for individuals to thrive
- Increasing profitability through systemic processes that reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and protected environment
- Collaborating with other organizational leaders to achieve high-level goals
