Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or logistics or equivalent fields
- Minimum of 10 years logistics operations management experience
- At least 5 years experience managing multiple locations as a regional operations leader
- Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to work in complex matrixed environments
- Experience in client-centric operations
- Experience with budgeting and financial review
- Proven leadership and talent development skills
- Ability to develop effective working relationships
- Ability to plan and accomplish goals
- Preferably experience with third-party logistics
- Master's degree preferred
- English proficiency
Job Qualifications

- At least 5 years experience as a regional operations leader managing multiple locations
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of industry warehouse management systems
- Excellent verbal, written and visual presentation communication skills
- Ability to navigate within a matrixed organizational structure
- Results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in client-centric environments
- Ability to prepare budgets and participate in financial reviews
- Experience recruiting, developing and motivating high-performing teams
- Integration experience in supply chain industry helpful
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
