Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or logistics or equivalent fields
  • Minimum of 10 years logistics operations management experience
  • At least 5 years experience managing multiple locations as a regional operations leader
  • Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Ability to work in complex matrixed environments
  • Experience in client-centric operations
  • Experience with budgeting and financial review
  • Proven leadership and talent development skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships
  • Ability to plan and accomplish goals
  • Preferably experience with third-party logistics
  • Master's degree preferred
  • English proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience as a regional operations leader managing multiple locations
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Working knowledge of industry warehouse management systems
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual presentation communication skills
  • Ability to navigate within a matrixed organizational structure
  • Results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in client-centric environments
  • Ability to prepare budgets and participate in financial reviews
  • Experience recruiting, developing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Integration experience in supply chain industry helpful
  • English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking

Job Duties

  • Support company strategy including growth and transformational initiatives
  • Develop regional strategies to align with enterprise targets
  • Plan and budget regional financial targets
  • Ensure operational excellence through standardization and risk assessment
  • Provide leadership fostering teamwork and agility
  • Select and develop talent to improve associate engagement
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Plan and execute start-up facilities for new business
  • Troubleshoot and solve operational issues
  • Participate in sales and solutions to win strategic accounts
  • Develop operations strategy to improve cost control and organic growth
