  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years management experience
  • 5 years functional experience in housing or facilities management
  • experience using StarRez software
  • strong communication skills
  • experience working in a campus environment
  • ability to manage a large team

Job Duties

  • Resolve student conflicts
  • manage team of 150 full time employees and 3 associate directors
  • present to C suite level clients on topics to improve the student experience while living on campus
  • oversee use of StarRez and UKG software systems for housing management
  • develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction
  • ensure compliance with campus housing policies and safety regulations
  • collaborate with university stakeholders to align housing operations with institutional goals
