Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD)
- previous experience in training, habilitation, or development of individuals with IDD is preferred
- familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, organizing files, and using computers for administrative functions
- technology experience with computers, tablets, and basic IT tools
- knowledge of customer service practices, food preparation, or event coordination
- interest or experience in arts, crafts, woodworking, or graphic design
- background in social or life skills training, community planning, or recreational activities

Job Duties
- provide direct support to individuals with disabilities by implementing personalized support plans
- teach essential skills like job readiness, social skills, and community engagement
- create a safe and inclusive environment while ensuring cleanliness and following safety procedures
- communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and service coordinators to ensure each individual's needs are met
- complete documentation, including incident reports, and assist with goal-setting assessments
