Job Requirements
- 18 years of age
- valid driver’s license
- authorization to work in the US
- attendance at LifeStream orientation and training upon hiring
- access to a vehicle
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- no prior experience required
- ability to assist individuals with daily activities
- strong interpersonal skills
- committed to respecting dignity and privacy
- ability to work various shift schedules including day, evening, and overnight
- willingness to participate in training and development programs
Job Duties
- assist individuals in creating meaningful opportunities to fully participate in the running of their home and community
- maintain an environment that values respect, dignity, and privacy
- recognize unique gifts, preferences, and needs of each person supported
- partner with individuals in making informed decisions regarding finances, well-being, relationships, and employment
- assist with daily needs ensuring activities reflect individual choices
- participate in LifeStream orientation and training
- uphold standards of care and safety in all residential settings
