Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of experience in human services, direct care or care coordination preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations
- Demonstrated teamwork and time-management abilities
- Patient and compassionate demeanor
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
