Job Requirements

  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage behavioral challenges and complex needs with patience and compassion
  • Take initiative to support the wellbeing of participants
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to provide quality care
