Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in direct care or related fields is preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient care
- Must be able to follow detailed care and behavior plans
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

Job Duties
- Provide full personal care and support to clients living in the home
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in recreational activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
- Implement behavior plans to support consumer needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication related to client care
