Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- must be 18 or older
- ability to pass required fingerprint background checks
- maintain personal transportation available for work-related use and WA valid driver’s license with proof of liability insurance
- must be willing to attend and complete all required trainings within assigned timeline

Job Duties
- assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living activities
- provide transportation for clients to appointments, shopping, and community outings
- support clients to develop independent living skills
- participate in ongoing training and complete all required certifications
- work flexible shifts including swing and graveyard shifts
- maintain accurate client records and communication
- collaborate with team members to ensure quality care
