Job Requirements

  • must have a high school diploma or GED
  • must be 18 or older
  • ability to pass required fingerprint background checks
  • maintain personal transportation available for work-related use and WA valid driver’s license with proof of liability insurance
  • must be willing to attend and complete all required trainings within assigned timeline

Job Duties

  • assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living activities
  • provide transportation for clients to appointments, shopping, and community outings
  • support clients to develop independent living skills
  • participate in ongoing training and complete all required certifications
  • work flexible shifts including swing and graveyard shifts
  • maintain accurate client records and communication
  • collaborate with team members to ensure quality care
