Job Requirements
- CDL Class B license required
- 1-2 years route delivery or sales experience preferred
- Physical ability to consistently and repetitively lift and carry up to 75 pounds, bend, and twist while merchandising products
- Ability to push and pull a store dolly loaded with up to approximately 100-500 pounds of product
- Ability to work in cold environments such as walk-in freezers with temperatures of -10 to -20 degrees Fahrenheit
- Accountability to exercise safe behavior
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules including layover
- Good communication skills
- Passion for customer service and a positive attitude
- High integrity and commitment to teamwork
Job Qualifications

- Retail or frozen food sales, merchandising, and execution experience is a plus
- Familiarity with supermarket, convenience store, and drug store channels

Job Duties
- Provide flex coverage to the DSD drivers on the Southern OH teams
- Build excellent relationships with store managers, key store personnel, and potential customers within account over the whole team
- Deliver ice cream and other partner brand products to convenience stores, drug stores, supermarkets, and independent grocery stores
- Travel for up to a week at a time to provide support in outlying areas
- Introduce new products and merchandise current inventory to maximize attractiveness
- Work in store freezers and the back of freezer trucks to stock shelves and organize back stock
- Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to ensure outstanding execution at each account
