Job Requirements
- CDL Class B license required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds consistently and repetitively
- Ability to bend and twist while merchandising products
- Ability to push and pull a store dolly loaded with 100 to 500 pounds
- Ability to work in cold environments such as -10°F to -20°F freezers
- Accountability to exercise safe behavior
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules including layovers
- Good communication skills
- Passion for customer service and positive attitude
- High integrity and commitment to teamwork
Job Qualifications
- CDL Class B license
- 1-2 years route delivery and sales experience preferred
- Experience in retail or frozen food sales and merchandising is a plus
- Familiarity with supermarket, convenience store, and drug store channels
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide delivery, merchandising, and sales of products throughout your designated route
- Build excellent relationships with store managers, key store personnel, and potential customers within accounts
- Introduce new products and merchandise current inventory to maximize attractiveness
- Operate a freezer truck starting early morning to deliver ice cream and partner brand products
- Work in cold environments such as walk-in freezers to stock shelves and organize back stock
- Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding execution at each account by proactive communication
- Maintain safety and exercise safe behavior during all job activities
