Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet
- 3-6 months of experience in canvassing, sales, or face-to-face marketing
- Strong communication skills and great customer service
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Able to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs

Job Duties
- Attend weekly team meetings at the Rancho Cordova office
- Canvass local neighborhoods door-to-door
- Start friendly conversations with homeowners about their windows and doors
- Set appointments for Design Consultants to provide in-home consultations
- Work independently while being supported by the team
- Participate in paid training to learn company methods
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer engagement
